When will The Audrey App be available?

Is The Audrey App free to use?
Yes — core features are always free. The Free plan includes your shared family calendar, task management, grocery lists, emergency preparedness tools, vendor marketplace access, and 3 Ask Audrey questions per month. Audrey Gold ($7.99/month or $69.99/year) unlocks the full suite: unlimited AI home assistant, automated maintenance calendar, meal planning, Co-Parent Space, Home Health Score, document storage, and more.
What is Ask Audrey?
Ask Audrey is your AI home management assistant, included with Audrey Gold. You type naturally — "add milk and eggs to the grocery list," "schedule furnace service every October," or "book dentist for Morgan next Tuesday" — and Audrey takes action directly inside the app. She is a home data management tool and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or construction advice.
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed — we cannot see them. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The Audrey App is fully compliant with BC PIPA and Canadian PIPEDA privacy law. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Can I add family members or co-parents to my account?
Yes. As the Household Admin, you can invite members by email and assign roles: Admin, Member, Co-Parent, or Child. Co-parents get access to shared scheduling and expense tracking. All members can contribute to the grocery list, calendar, and tasks in real time.
How does the Home Maintenance feature work?
When you set up your Home Profile (province, year built, home features like pool, fireplace, heating type, roof type), Audrey builds a personalized seasonal maintenance calendar. You receive reminders before each task is due and can log completion, cost, and photos. Your maintenance history is stored in the Home History Timeline and contributes to your Home Health Score.
How do I cancel my Audrey Gold subscription?
You can cancel anytime with no penalty. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. If through Google Play, cancel through the Google Play Store. You'll retain Gold access until the end of your current billing period.
What is the Vendor Marketplace?
The Vendor Marketplace connects you with independent home service businesses in your area — contractors, cleaners, landscapers, HVAC technicians, and more. You can browse, contact, and book vendors directly through the app. Preferred Partners have agreed to our vendor terms. All vendors are independently operated businesses; Nest Align Co. is not responsible for their work quality.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can permanently delete your account and all associated household data through Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete Account inside the App. This is irreversible. Your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. If you have difficulty, email us at info@nestalignco.com and we'll process the deletion manually within 30 days.
Does The Audrey App work in Canada only?
The app is designed for Canadian households and built to comply with Canadian privacy law (BC PIPA and PIPEDA). It can be used anywhere, but the Vendor Marketplace initially serves Canadian markets. Maintenance reminders are designed around Canadian seasonal conditions.
